HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
I accept Paypal or through a Zelle request from Bank of America.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME OF MY PRINTS?
Once payment is received, I will share the prepped image with you to review. Upon your confirmation, I will proceed to place your order with my printers. Printing time is 0-5 business days depending on the current workload of my printers. Shipping time will depend on the couriers.
WHAT IS THE COST OF POSTAGE?
It is approximately $20 for shipping a rolled 24"x 36" print. For larger prints and stretched canvas prints, I will be able to advise upon enquiry.
HOW ARE MY PRINTS SHIPPED?
Shipping is either FedEx, UPS, DHL or Fright/Truck. Average delivery times are 3-6 business days.
DO YOU SEND A TRACKING LINK?
A tracking link will be provided so you can track your print throughout the shipping process.
WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Should the item arrived damaged, you will need to advise me within 24 hours of receipt of delivery with accompanying photographs of the damage so I can process a claim for your insured prints.
