In reference to downloading the high resolution image.

 

• By purchasing a high-resolution image file, you acknowledge that Ross Couper Photography retains all ownership and copyright of the image. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image for print only for personal or internal business purposes.

• You are expressly prohibited from distributing or creating derivative works from the image for commercial purposes.

• You may not sub-license, sell or transfer the image to any third party.

• You may not alter, modify or manipulate the image in any way that could damage the reputation or integrity of the original work.

• No refunds or cancellations will be provided once the image has been purchased and downloaded.

• @rosscouperphoto is to accompany any social media postings of the purchased image on your personal and (or) professional account.
