WHAT IS THE COST OF POSTAGE?
I offer complimentary shipping to major cities within South Africa. For any outline areas, I will be able to quote you once your preferred medium and size is chosen.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PRINT?
Lead time is generally 7-9 working days but this may be delayed due to the load shedding schedule. I am able to expedite the order and can assist you upon enquiring.
WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Should the item arrived damaged, you will need to advise me within 24 hours of receipt of delivery with accompanying photographs of the damage so I can process a claim for your insured prints.
